About Me

I launched Udelhoven Natural Resources & Environmental Consulting (UNREC) in 2020. Through UNREC, I serve as an independent contractor with over 30 years of marine, freshwater, and terrestrial conservation experience in North and Central America, Southeast Asia, and Africa. 

Areas of expertise include: public and private lands protection via fee and less-than fee acquisition, designation, management, and planning; law enforcement/patrolling; policy and program assessment and development; wetland mitigation; organizational leadership; strategic planning and assessment; and partnership development/collaboration. 

Recent projects include marine protected area enforcement training, non-profit organizational leadership, wetland mitigation banking development, and land transaction due diligence.
