Resource Protection
My work involves nearly all facets of identification, designation, acquisition, planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and adaptation for public and private lands and waters, including formally established protected areas.
Resource services include:
- Conservation strategy development and evaluation
- Law, policy, and program review and development
- Protected area planning
- Review and facilitation of land and water protection via fee-simple and less-than fee-simple acquisition
- Wetland mitigation (site, in-lieu-fee, and bank) evaluation, coordination, facilitation, and liaison
Project Leadership
Whether inside or outside the U.S., I lead and coordinate natural resource and environmental projects from start to finish.
Project services include:
- Marine, freshwater, and terrestrial conservation project design and leadership from concept through implementation, evaluation, and adaptation
- Grant development, submission, and implementation
- Project evaluations and reporting
Training
I provide 1x1, small group, and large forum trainings on a diverse range of resource-related topics.
